neveralarchSo the local music station is doing a time machine weekend where they play songs only from one year every hour. On the way back from my Thanksgiving break tonight, they were doing 1981, which led to this train of thought:
"Man, every song that came out in '81 sounds like Bowie or Queen. Like this song. Wow, this really does sound like Bowie. And Queen. Who sang Under Pressure, anyway? Probably some obscure one-hit boyband."
Anyway, I'm back home and I have looked up the song, and now I'm not sure whether to feel embarrassed or vindicated. So this is a post to share my confusion, I guess.
