Life: so much for this place

neveralarchThings I do not have during school breaks: internet. I mean, I do have it, but only Tuesday - early Friday. I forget how much it messes up my schedule to do the catch-up thing every week.
Anyway, I've been home for a bit over two weeks, and I've been to the doctor, the dentist, the optometrist, and to two out of three Physical Therapy things (not for a real good reason - I fell and screwed up my knee a while back, and it's still a bit weird, but basically usable). My car has air conditioning again, which is a good thing. Next week I need to get out of here and drive to Maryland with my sixteen-year-old brother. We plan to get through it with series four of Gallifrey - maybe I'll be able to understand the last couple episodes this time, since I won't be trying to get through French customs. We'll see!
And then, and then, I leave the week after for school in Massachusetts. Senior year! Time to update my user info page, I guess. I was just talking to a friend about classes starting again, and I'm not even thinking about that kind of thing. I need to take the GRE and the Subject Test, and do grad school apps, and start my Senior Thesis
and
aaaaaaah.
This is why I content myself with simpler things, like being mad that one of my favorite webcomic guys has apparently decided that he likes his fantroll rp better than working on his comic. Although being mad (more like, vaguely annoyed) at him makes me think about how little time I spend on original fiction.
But no! All is well! I turned in my last paper for my German semester, and I found a snakeskin coat for $10 at a thrift store. This is what I want out of life, surely.
