Yeah, I don't think the bossiness is much of a problem. 1) I am super shy/uncomfortable in large groups of unfamiliar people, so the bossiness doesn't show until I know people pretty well. 2) I've spent many years learning to keep out of things that aren't my business. So the bossiness mostly manifests as taking charge in groups where I'm supposed to be contributing and nobody else is really taking control, which seems reasonable to me. Hopefully it seems reasonable to other people too - I haven't had any complaints recently :)
