On the seriousness of Deadly Assassin, Jo did not have to work that hard to undermine it. My brother and I watched the serial when I was writing this, and 40% of the time we were confused and laughing, 20% we were confused specifically about Four's clothing, and 20% of the time we were terrified of the Master. But Jo is pretty good at cutting to the chase.
