neveralarchThere are actually a couple of more content-y posts I want to make, but I keep getting distracted and running out of time. So here's a post about fingernails.
I paint my nails a different shade every week, partly to keep myself interested and partly to remember that a week is happening. (A lot of times when I say this people are like 'what' or 'do you have problems with your memory?' but other graduate students just nod and look sorry for themselves. The weeks blend together.) I only paint my nails during the semester, and not when I'm working at the faire (it's not period), and then I have to take weeks off for nail health or like last week where I smashed my thumb up during fencing and wanted to make sure it was okay. But when I do have color I've been taking photos this year! I think at the end of the year I might make a gif or something. But in the meantime, here's what I've done so far:
