The characters are from the Big Finish audio, Sympathy for the Devil. It's part of their Doctor Who: Unbound line, and features an alternate Three. I really recommend listening to it - it's one of my favorite Doctor Who stories, period.
I only know of two other stories set in the Sympathyverse, both of which are Master/Brimmicombe-Wood. There's one on the sizeofthatthing kinkmeme, here. Bagheera-san also wrote one with a more Doctor/Master feel here.
I'm in the US, and going from the South (Texas) to the north (New York). I've made the trip a ton of times, but haven't ever driven it, so not looking forward to the three days it'll take. I'm glad to be leaving Texas though, since we've had a high of 100-115 for the last week or two. Still only 70 degrees in New York!
