Fic post: Cool It (Doctor Who)

It's been 4.5 years since my last Whofic, but over the winter break I watched 2 seasons and several Christmas specials in about 2 weeks, and then I wrote this. I feel deeply ambivalent about... pretty much everything I watched, haha, but there were a lot of moments that would have killed me 6 or 7 years ago. Just watching Simm put on eyeliner still gave me a little thrill. So here's a fic for the person I used to be, and hopefully some people who are still enjoying being that kind of person :)
